- GMF/GMC was providing free health services from its establishment up to now, 2 years ago, we were working with the help and funding of UNCHR for providing free health services to IDPS, PHC, Refugees but now we left alone to help these helpless people nevertheless we are hardly providing a comprehensive medical care.
- Insufficiency funding from the partners makes this situation impossible to manage.
- GMC hospital tries to manage every case and give the best quality service but there is some services that the hospital cannot offer because of :
- Lack of inadequate of some medical equipment
- Insufficient drugs
- Drug procurement and control is another burden of adequate health care in Somalia.
